JSON-LD is a format for adding structured data to web pages so machines can interpret key facts (organization, product, FAQs, etc.).
Why JSON-LD Matters
- AI systems love clarity. Structured data helps reduce ambiguity about:
- Who you are (Organization)
- What you sell (Product/Service)
- Which Q&A is authoritative (FAQ)
- It won't magically make you "rank," but it can reduce misclassification and improve consistency.
Key Factors
- Organization: name, URL, logo, sameAs profiles
- Product/SoftwareApplication: what it is, category, offers, features
- FAQ (carefully): real questions with direct answers
